Very easy to file if you just read the questions 1 by 1

Wicked easy, fast and great refund

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years now I think and they make it SO easy to do your taxes. If you have all your paperwork ready when you start it shouldn't take longer than an hour to do your taxes. Much better than when I was a kid watching my mom at the kitchen table for hours trying to do the taxes. If you haven't used TT before, let this be the year you do.
What's great about it: Loved how fast it went once I started. 1 hour tops.
What's not so great: Getting the software loaded took almost as much time as doing my returns.

Quick and easy to use

This was the first time since 2006 I have used Turbo Tax. I had a business and used a CPA from 2007 through 2014. Turbo Tax is even easier to use than before. Clear concise questions to help guide you through the process. IRS info for each topic is only a click away. It took less than 2 hours to load software, get updates, import my W2, complete my return and E-file. I have a high degree of confidence in this product to file a correct and accurate return and avoid and audit.
What's great about it: Very comprehensive

I have been using turbotax for about 10 years now. It is very easy to use and walks you step by step through everything. That is why I will continue to use is.

I loved the program. It got me more deductions that H&R Block ever did. The only thing I was disappointed in was the message saying I had a free state file ready but I still had to pay a filing fee for state taxes and the extra fee for having it deducted from my taxes.
What's great about it: The software was cheaper than having someone do my taxes and it was easy to understand
What's not so great: software said i had a free state file but i still had to pay

2015 tax returns all get rejected

did my return correct.. I am an accountant & turbo tax is messing up.. rejected due to a dependent having their own return - parent can still claim as a dependent but in 2015 they get rejected
What's great about it: nothing this year
What's not so great: every return we did got rejected even though info was correct
