Love Turbow Tax

I use turbo tax every year and have for many years and will for many years to come. Turbo tax is easy with the step by step guide. It is a great value for the money. It is fast and reliable. Thank you Turbo Tax!! If only the rest of life would be this easy.. :)

Another easy year in doing taxes with Turbo Tax

great software and will continue using. Been using Inuit software for many years, over 15 years, and think it is the best finance software out there. Thanks and keep up the good work
What's great about it: easy to use and straight forward question and help
What's not so great: when doing audit, have link to form where you need to make changes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Super Easy, no writing, no calculating, etc.
What's not so great: How do I know the program isn't toying with the calculations and keping the profit

Feel Like a Tax Pro

With a fairly complex (at least in my non-CPA mind) return to file this year, I procrastinated, procrastinated and generally...procrastinated in my pursuit of tackling the tax return. Professional or not...Yes, no, yes, no....Finally, I gathered the gumption...ran to a local retalier picked up my copy of TurboTax (Deluxe variety) and went to work. Begrudginlgy, with both Saturday and Sunday set aside (the 2nd to last weekend before the dreaded deadline), I took the deep dive. I loaded the software, followed the prompting and viola..... I was done!! And, with the remainder of my Saturday afternoon and weekedn to spare!!! Thank you TurboTax.
What's great about it: Fluid, descript and intuitive interface flow
What's not so great: None to speak of

worked OK. Would like prompt to pick up turbo tax returns from prior years for comparison page. Would like to review info downloaded from financial intitutions.
What's great about it: simple step by step process
What's not so great: 1) did not pick up past years returns for comparison 2) difficult to see downloads from financial institutions details
