Made Filing 3 States Less Painful

Came back to TT after trying HRB because of the big TT document packaging scare of 2015. Big mistake going with HRB. Glad to be back with a company we know and trust. Thanks, TT.
What's great about it: Walked us through it rather smoothly.
What's not so great: Additional State Taxes are rather expensive on top of having the e-filing charge.

What's great about it: Rlataivly easy to track my location in the process
What's not so great: Health Saving Account - check in excess contributions was confusing. Need to enhance Edit option at this point.

Great Experience Again

This is the 4th or 5th year I have used Turbo Tax. Each year the program gets easier, which indicates they is an ongoing effort to improve the product. I recommend this program because of the ease of use.
What's great about it: Step by step direction as well as explanations as needed

Easy as Always

As always, using Turbo Tax was easy, efficient, and providing a level of confidence to use.
For It's Deductible, it needs to be a little easier for navigating. After every entry, it took extras steps to navigate for the next entry. Maybe putting in duplicate of action tabs that are at the bottom of the page above the current active donation would be a good solution.
What's great about it: Very thorough and efficient
What's not so great: Its Deductible needs a bit of help

Excellent Product

I have used TurboTax for years. I love that it imports previous years' data, so that a lot of time is saved on adding personal information, etc. I also like that it uses previous year data to identify if you might be forgetting something this year. Easy to understand terms, walking you through step by step and double checking for errors make this tax return software easy and, I dare say, fun to use!
