What's great about it: Ease of use. Good tutorials.

I worked on my mother's tax return and turbo tax didn't catch the fact that I forgot to include her social security income, and I have used turbo tax for at least four years for her returns. I had to file an amendment manually. That was inexcusable.

Great product, it just got frustrating waiting at the end. Of course, it may be that I was lacking a little patience at the time. LOL
What's great about it: Helpful in walking through each topic
What's not so great: Took too long to efile. The process took forever since I did not remember my password

I think my cons pretty much sum up what I wish was there. I think that would have made it easier.
I printed the full report before filing and thought I lost the whole deal... fortunatley after a prayer I was able to find all the work I had just put into the data sheets..
We have used this several years now and it is so nice to be able to stay home and work in my own office to complete the work.

What's great about it: was easy to maneuver as always
What's not so great: past years not tied in report finals. Husbands W2 wasn't electronically available.

Turbo Tax is the best.

It printed some of my worksheets, when all I wanted was my tax forms to file.
What's great about it: Makes my efforts easy to do.
What's not so great: Didn't seem as easy to move around the program this year.
