Very easy to use and have not had any issues using for the last few years.
What's great about it: Liked that you cn easily search and have questions answered. Transfer of info from prvious years helps.
What's not so great: Just not totally sure that I am not missing something.

Still complicated

I found it difficult to go back and edit. I wanted to complete as much as I could and just type in a place holder that I could go back and change when I had the correct amount.
I've used Deluxe for several years and only once did I have more than the standard deduction. I wonder if I should just use EZ. I don't know.
But it's done now.
The instructions/definitions are better each year.

Not as good as last year

1. Unlike previous years, TT did not recognize me foreign service retirement income and I was forced to enter it as civil service retirement.
2. Did not import 2014 return.
3. Tax history report failed to include 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. It did last year, but dropped this year. I assume reason was #2 -- failure to import 2014 return.
What's great about it: Easy, complete
What's not so great: Did not handle retirement income as well as before

Wouldn't Use Anything Else

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years now - as long as it's been on the market. I've always found it quick and painless - and the reviews and accuracy checks I feel protects me in the event I either don't know or guessed. Overall, I would highly recommend Turbo Tax to anyone!
What's great about it: Simple, quick, accurate and maximizes my refund
What's not so great: None

When there are multiple investment sales to enter, Turbo Tax goes back to the first entry every time you say you want to add an entry. It took me several entries to realize that I had only entered two sales, when I had typed in about 6. When I click add another entry, the cursor should go to the new box, not back to the top.
What's great about it: It asks all the questions needed to help remember everything
What's not so great: Entering Investment info
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Very easy to follow--at times, perhaps, the steps seemed almost TOO detailed, but I can see the necessity for it. I did the whole thing in about 7 hours, including state return. Had to do some typing in of information since I only used last year's return to fill in early stages of the form.
What's great about it: Easy-easy-easy!
What's not so great: Hard to think of any
