Easy tax preperations

I've used different tax software over the years but have found Turbo tax to be the most consistent and easy to use over and over again.
I've never been able to used the free version due to the complicated nature of my taxes but it is great that they offer that for those who can. Either way it is worth the money I spend on it each year.

What's great about it: Software keeps improving and making it easier every year. No matter how complicated my taxes get, I can count on TT.
What's not so great: Taxes are never fun. Not turbo taxes fault

over priced

this used to be my favorite program but your fees are just to much and are hidden until you file. this is my last time using it
there are cheaper ways to do your taxes and i will be using them next year

Easy

All in all, easy to follow. And it didn't take all that long. I was able to see pop ups for questions i needed answered.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: didnt know my computer didnt have a disk drive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Not as good as previous years

I have a less than two year old (top of the line at the time) computer with Windows 10:
- Program was slower than previous years
- Constant bugs and issues (e.g. when trying to edit one field it would skip a screen ; put data in wrong fields where I would have to manually correct)

Overall at this point I am using it because I can import data from previous years. Next year I will see what else is out there.
What's great about it: The easiest tool to file taxes
What's not so great: Very buggy, version. I've used TurboTax for 10 years and this is worst version yet.

Excellent Application

I couldn't be more pleased. Application walked through each step. Unfortunately, forms are never up to date and need to be waited on to be downloaded. No fault of Turbo Tax. Fault lies with the IRS.
What's great about it: Easy to follow. Application walked through each step.
