Excellent Tool

Great software for easy completion of even detailed returns with many sources of income and deductions
What's great about it: Very complete and intuitive, easy to follow

Lucked onto the cure. I had not been entering my iCloud password when I did updates. Restarted computer and used iCloud password and I could then upload the return. You could explain what an SSL error is so that others might fix their end with skill rather than with luck. Thanks for a good product.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Downloads work great. FINALLY uploaded.!
What's not so great: Could not initially upload completed return due to an SSL error??

I LOADED THE TURBO TAX CD TO MY MAC. WHEN I TRIED TO EFILE MY RETURNS, THE PROGRAM WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE SOFTWARE. I HAD TO RELOAD THE CD ON A WINDOWS COMPUTER AND REDO EVERYTHING FOR IT TO WORK CORRECTLY.
What's not so great: DOE NOT WORK ON A MAC.

I should not have a problem removing the icon from my desktop. I don't want other users of my computer to easily see that they can browse into my prior taxes.
What's great about it: Typical TurboTax product
What's not so great: Cannot remove desktop Icon without uninstalling the program. i just want to go into my programs to pull this up :(
