fast & easy

It took me about 3 hours to gather information and input my info. I used this last year so most of the set up information auto filled, also the ADP info auto filled. The questions were easy to understand. The information component on some of the questions I looked at said "this question pertains to about 1/10th of 1% of the population" so no need to read further!
What's great about it: timesaving- easy to understand
What's not so great: had to repeat info for payment to intuit

Easier each year

I love TurboTax and have used it for years and years. Although the ease of using TurboTax has become easier to use each year, I find it a little bit repetitive and time wasting. By repetitive, I mean that when I enter one income amount from one source, the program repeats an overview such as "we've completed two of six." Also, when I entered a single source of expense such as charity donation, the following screen is a repetitive one that is a little useless. Maybe not for all. It is nothing to keep me from using the app though. I got used to it.
What's great about it: self loading, auto app opening, easy data transfer
What's not so great: a little repetitive after each entry

Easy to work with.
What's great about it: Covers everything for the average person.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It said at the point when I would no longer go back. If I did not have enough in my account to cover the taxes on Monday I would be scrambling around making sure that money got transferred or put in by Monday. Bad.................
What's not so great: Entered date of 4/18, it said transmitted 4/9, to be accepted 4/11

Easy to install, the Turbotax questions guide you through the entire process, and make it much less painful than doing it yorself.

Turbo Tax is a great product. I've been using it for at least 10 years and will continue to do so!
What's great about it: easy to use, pulls in data from previous year, on-line help with questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
