After asking if the user wants to file a state tax return, the program should remember the answer.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Asks to file state tax forms for a state that has no Income Tax

The nickname requirement on this review is stupid as;
1. My nickname, "ED" was too short (had to be 4 letters long)
2. I could not use a nickname anyone else had so I had to keep trying until I came up with one nobody else used.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. I have had to use customer support once or twice but have never had any problems.
What's great about it: Ease of use. ability to quit at any point and restart process later
What's not so great: a few details from prior years return did not populate paroerly

We have used Turbo Tax for years now. We find it very informative and extremely ease and helpful to use. We will keep using Turbo Tax as long as possible!!!!!
What's great about it: Incredible walk through, easy to use, teenage friendly as well

a good deal?

you really need to give a deep discount for loyal customers who, like myself, have used turbo tax for a long time now-like 20 years i will still use turbo tax, but i may not get it shipped by you, i can get it at a discount elsewhere.
What's great about it: like the software---easy to use
What's not so great: i pay more to get it mailed automatically than i could to get it at the end of the year. or at a discount
