Life and Money Saver!

Turbo Tax Deluxe was like a personal tax consultant. It really was my More Knowledgeable Other and guided me through. I saved so much money by opening an IRA and taking the deduction.
What's great about it: easy to follow directions. q & a search at top of page. Money saving suggestions and shortcuts.
What's not so great: some confusion at the end when it's time to efile or not.

What's great about it: Used it for many years. No need to try any others. Handles everything I need, easily and quickly.
What's not so great: Tried to change method of receiving my refund, but once one choice was made, couldn't change later.

User Friendly

I really enjoy doing my taxes using Turbo Tax. I have tried other and nothing is like Turbo Tax. It is easy maneuver through. The software helped me complete my return in one sitting verses other programs, which I had to research the meaning of the tax laws. Turbo had everything there for me to understand. I will stick with Turbo even though it is costly to use. Thank you.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: costly
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

been using for years and 2015 is the worst with the long wait for updates to be available and it would freeze everytime I tried to update

HAD PROBLEMS PAYING FOR STATE RETURN. FORMAT SHOULD BE EASIER. PRINT ICON NOT OBVIOUS. A PDF SOFTWARE OPTION APPEARED AND CONFUSED ME.

Great tax preparation software. I have used your competitors in other years, but I end up returning to TurboTax for its in-depth coverage.
What's great about it: Step by step questions and possible answers
What's not so great: Explanation of box 2a in form 1099-R when the payer sends it blank and the amount is fully taxable.
