Easiest Ever

I have been using TurboTax since the '80’s, and this was by far the easiest, smooth-sailing I have ever experienced! One year I thought I would give it a try after seeing a promotion by one of the reputable Income Tax preparers. They promised a FREE look at our taxes. Having already completed my TurboTax for that year (but before I actually filed), I was curious how I was doing compared to the professionals. It turned out that there was absolutely no difference! I can’t imagine paying someone else to do what I can do myself, thanks to TurboTax!
What's great about it: Smooth Sailing - Easy to follow instructions, links, etc.

TurboTax was great. It is the simplest tax return software I've ever used. No complaints.

Did it in less time than it takes to make dinner!

Wow, this was the fastest I ever did my taxes and Turbo Tax walked me through all the steps! I started my spaghetti sauce and let it simmer while I started the process and after answering all the questions and finishing I still wasn't finished with the sauce! I triple checked everything and it was all good so I put off filing until the next day as the sauce needed some tweeking lol. All in all a painless way to get the taxes done and I'll do the same next year only I'll do it before dinner...
What's great about it: Quick fill ins, transfer of info from last years return
What's not so great: ??????

2013 - Used Turbo Tax software
2014- Turbo tax dropped some forms used HR Block
2015 - Turbo tax added back the forms used Turbo Tax

Overall Turbo Tax was easier to use than HR Block (as long as it has the forms) but I would use HR block again if Turbo Tax dropped forms I use.
I liked how Turbo tax was easy to use. Minor issues where two questions that weren't solved by automatic questions both related to a Schedule K-1 with royalties which is a rare item.
What's great about it: Highly intuitive
What's not so great: Errors where didn't automatically prompt for answers

Great Product

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 10+ years and it's great!
I have a friend that is a CPA and he has reviewed my return in the past. His comment was that he could find me an additional $25.00 refund in somewhat of a "gray" area; (and with a smile) that Turbo Tax could put him out of tax business.
What's great about it: Makes the dreaded filing easy

Doing a tax return for a deceased relative for the first time was made easy by Turbo Tax. Everything was there for us. We recommend Turbo Tax for those still adventurous to do their own tax returns.
What's great about it: EAse of use, quick, concise,accurate
