Hope the return got everything

The same glitch each year, "wanting an amount in Box 14" that doesn't exist of the tax document. I hope I'm putting in the right number.
What's great about it: Would take weeks longer without it
What's not so great: Frustrating not to know what is being imported and what is not

Very complete and thorough. Makes filing easy, even for a CPA. That said, it would be nice if new returns indicated an "items / documents needed" list. This would be based on previous years' returns done with TurboTax, at the beginning of the process. The preparer will then have everything handy when entering the information and not have to stop and go look for something that was forgotten / omitted.
What's great about it: Convenient and complete - even helpful for a CPA
What's not so great: I think it would be beneficial if an "items/documents needed" list were provided,

Because of an error a Tax preparer made I was audited for many years. I have not been audited since I switched to Turbo Tax. It is easy to use and I feel confident that it will keep me safe from being audited again. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy and Acuracy
What's not so great: Nothing

The program works well.
What's great about it: Enters Information from the previous year. The helps are useful.
What's not so great: There have always been little technical glitches that take extra time to fix or work around.

Pre checklist

A pre start check list based on common items or deductions used prior year may be helpful in gathering all documentation needed for best return outcome.
What's great about it: very simple and to the point , turbo tax does all the reading of IRS manuals for you.
What's not so great: Had to keep stopping and starting to find documents that would qualify for tax credit.

Sometimes the instructions are somewhat vague.
The phone line help was exactly what I needed
The software locked up twice but restarted after the phone help or using back button.
Have used it for more than 5 years and will use it again.
I admire the thoroughness of the step by step instructions.
