No grey hair... thanks Turbo Tax

All in all, It took very little to convince me that Turbo Tax was the way to go....I've been using the program since 1998.
What's great about it: Great set-up, Accurate, ease of filing.
What's not so great: Great deal of effort for Schedule "A" then ...wasted

20 Years of TurboTax

During the past 20 years I have come to rely on Turbo Tax to assist me in completing my annual return. I've seen many changes in the format and for the most part, they have speeded up the process. In that 20 years my return has always been correct and I've never been audited for any discrepancy in the return. Many thanks, TT

I have missed filing a 8606S form for several years because it did not ask if I needed this form.

Well woth the money

I have been having my taxes done by a professional for several years. The real work is gathering all the data. I saved $400 dollars this year using Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Easily walks you through most of the steps
What's not so great: A very few areas were confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love Turbo Tax

I have been using it for years. I find it simple and easy. Love the fact that it provides me with previous year's information so that I don't have to go looking for it. Love it!

Not Bad At All!

Before purchasing TT Deluxe for my 2015 income taxes (single filer, retired, pretty easy case), I read quite a few negative reviews and had all but decided to buy a different product this year (have used TT for 5 years). But after using TT product, I have no complaints at all - not with the software and not with the customer service I received. Plan to use again.
What's great about it: Simple, good instructions, well organized.
What's not so great: None

The 4th Attempt Got It, Maybe

We file in 2 states, but could only view/print Fed and one state. I hope the second one was correct. Actually, not sure of the first one either. Made a mistake following confusing direction in the first state and had to totally start over -- it wouldn't let me go back without obliterating all my entries. This is my last year with TurboTax. Next year will be different.
What's great about it: Convenience
