Overcharge?!?

I love using turbotax and have used it for many years. This year when filing electronically I was charged twice for a state tax return, now I need to figure out how to get a refund. The software should be smarter to prevent this from happening.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Printing Difficulty

Printing Federal & State Tax forms is easy enough. However, it is virtually impossible to print Turbo Tax screens as you proceed with your tax preparations. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a copy of the Turbo Tax instructions/clarifying information.
What's great about it: Excellent Program overall
What's not so great: Difficult to print intermediate program instructions

Gets easier and easier

The explanation regarding the treatment by NJ of 401k income was confusing as was the reference to "Contract" values etc. and Contract Total. Unless this was a reference to an annuity it didn't make much sense. Even for a defined Pension Plan a "Total Contract" doesn't seem to jive. Would be helpful if area for IRA and 401k were clearer and more able to understand.
What's great about it: Walked me right through and covered most all the bases.
What's not so great: Treatment of 401K under NJ State a bit confusing, area to add other taxes such as Local Sewer Tax not spelled out.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years both for personal and business taxes. It is extremely easy makes the whole experience pleasant
What's great about it: easy, helpful
What's not so great: sometimes is difficult to get back to where you left off

For five days my e-filing has been rejected

So far, the software stinks as it will not tell me why for five straight days my e-file has been rejected and, also, what the problem is. The deadline approaches and, so far, I have been blocked from filing.
What's great about it: Easy instructions
What's not so great: won't e-file my returns

After entering all data, make sure you review all the sections because I didn't remember seeing the medical questions but did catch them on my review - glitch or overlook - not sure - better safe than sorry.
What's great about it: Interview Process covers everything
What's not so great: Some things DO get passed over

Efficient and user Friendly

Overall the State and Federal Turbo Tax process is straightforward and efficient. If there are any areas that need clarification, the hover icon provides an understandable explanation. I would strongly recommend this tax preparation tool.
What's great about it: Self-Guiding even through complex issues
What's not so great: None
