Completed returns in no time!

I was pleased with Turbo Tax. The questions were simple to answer, I was able to complete my return in less than 2 hours.
What's great about it: Questions very thorough, a novice can prepare/file returns quickly
What's not so great: When completed my efile transaction (paid by credit card), the box was very tiny
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This is the most reliable tax program out there. I have been using Turbo Tax now for years and have not had one problem or tax issue yet.
Love the service and no hassle filing system.
I love it when I get my money back quicker!!!

Simple and fast

Turbotax has always been a good resource for tax preparation for us. We have a rather simple return and turbotax saves us money and a lot of time! I can complete my federal and state return in less than 2 hours.
What's great about it: Easy to understand. Walks you through each step. Shows you areas of interest you may not know about
What's not so great: Some steps needed to be more explanatory. Obtaining W2 online should be automatic if possible.

first time filing on my own...didn't know what to expect. TurboTax simplifies this so exquisitely that a fruit fly could fie with them. Great experience, will definitely file with Turbo from now on.

Some of the health insurance help files were skimpy or non-existent. This could be much clearer. Otherwise, things have gotten easier and almost intuitive in making the return.

overall easy to use. would like to the previous year review available and previous year available next to this years again.
why is so much manual data entry still needed. please find way to transfer more data from previous documents
