Very orderly, logical approach to completing taxes

Overall, I love this software!
What's great about it: I like the ability to either walk through everything or select to pick what you want to do.
What's not so great: I would like to have a page that allows you to review filings before filing that is not a part of another page.

The NJ State return had a problem with "basis" info on two of my pension plan 1099. For help it seemed to quote the law which asked for the total amount of planned distributions and referred me to the Plan Administrator. Customer service said that since I do not know when I will die it is an unfair question.
Turbo Tax maybe could put this part in English rather than just quoting the law.
What's great about it: 99% Easy to understand and complete
What's not so great: 1099R Pension - NJ State - complicated law

FAST AND EASY

FAST AND EFFICIEN, COMPLETED THE WHOLE FAMILIES RETURNS IN LESS THAN 2 HRS. WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKR BUT WE WERE MISSING A W-2 AND A 1098-T

Easy to use

Great product that is very easy to use. Easy to follow step by step instructions. I have tried H&R Block tax and its was not as easy as TurboTax. I have been using TurboTax for over ten years now and will continue to use it.

it won't let me e-file I do not know what it wants.
What's great about it: Transfer of data from brokages
What's not so great: Request for state sales number when You sent it by mail

We enjoyed using Turbo Tax. It was a great alternative to tax preparer...and cheaper!
What's great about it: Personnel was helpful
What's not so great: Diffifulty with finding phone number
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
