Typing on the computer, clicking on boxes, etc. is just like talking to an accountant, but much simpler - at your own convenience.
What's great about it: They walk you through every step, very simply and detailed

Fast and Complete

Overall, my experience with using Turbo Tax has been excellent. I love the product and I have been using it for more than 10 years. I like the fact that I can go back to look over my taxes and make any changes necessary. You are never in a rush. Your information is between you and turbo tax. Everything you need is right there, such as questions, helps, examples, forms needed and so on. Great product!!!!
What's great about it: Real simple to use and you get answers to questions of concern.
What's not so great: There is nothing I don't like except the price could be a little cheaper.

Easy to navigate and review tax information. It is a real plus to have last years information automatically pulled in from year to year and makes it faster and easier.

Not as easy to use as in past years. Difficult to return to forms for changes.
I made an entry error and return was rejected. Very difficult to make the changes on my return for refiling.

Multiple billings for use of credit card for filing. A bit tedious to get to the correct folks for adjustment. When I diid the folks were courteous and quickly helpful. (Spoke good english as well which was a plus)
