Made filing simple and easy.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years and it has never let me down for either my Federal or State returns. A good tax accountant doing the same thing would likely cost me at least $500.00.
What's great about it: The walk through process
What's not so great: Still have a little trouble going back and forth between sections.

Great tax preparation for even novices. I have done mine with TurboTax for the last 10-15 years and have had no problems.
What's great about it: Great program that walks you step by step. It is very easy to do even complicated tax returns.

I wanted to file my Federal tax by mail, and file my state tax electronically. Apparently that can't be done

What's not so great: Ran into severl problems when I got to filing my taxes

Have always used TurboTax online, so thought I would try the software this year. Really didn't notice a difference for the extra money to buy the software. Both are easy to use.
What's great about it: Walks you through all situations
What's not so great: Can't think of any
