Hassle Free Filing

It's a great product for people who need it to be user friendly and it takes a lot of the stress out of preparing taxes.
What's great about it: It took all of the guesswork out of preparing the return
What's not so great: There were some items that were difficult to manually adjust

TurboTax 2015

I have always found Turbo Tax to be a great program to work with. The ease of use is superb and I am confident that I will get back the best possible refund. I have used it for many years with positive results.
The only time I experienced disappointment was last year when the whole package was suddenly changed. It was confusing and I felt that Intuit had abondaned its loyal users. I was angry to the point where I started looking at other rival software.
This year Turbo Tax seems to have returned to its previous form.

I've used Turbo Tax for years. I don't necessarily have a difficult return, but Turbo Tax takes all of the confusing language out of the process. and I feel comfortable with the end result.

Short and Sweet- Taxes Made Easy

This is my 5th year of using Turbo Tax and it takes away a lot of the fears away about doing my own taxes. I trust the program. It is fast, accurate and simple.
What's great about it: It guides you through each step and I feel confident that Turbo Tax is efficient and correct.
What's not so great: I do not have any complaints at all.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
