I believe Turbo Tax has made doing taxes so easy. I use to pay someone to do my taxes, enjoy doing myself and understanding how taxes work. I feel smarter afterwards every time I do them.

The program calculates best possible outcome for each user, is cost effective and easy to use. Better than spending time and money going to a tax preparation center, being overcharged and having to wait. This program has all the perks of a professional tax return and is confidential. Great purchase
What's great about it: Easy to use and worth every penny. Program calculates the most beneficial method to ensure maximum refund.
What's not so great: No areas of concern.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

This process was relatively easy. It's nice to have a do it yourself program without the extremely high fees.

Professional - Fast - Easy

I appreciate the step by step approach to our taxes. I also like the reviews to make sure we covered all the small items properly. I would like to see all the options roll when you click on "see all" options. However, I was easily able to go over each and every item with clear and concise instructions.
What's great about it: Excellent step by step process to cover all the bases.
What's not so great: Not many
