Excellent as Always, but One Minor Issue

Easy to use, efficient, plenty of explanations -- everything I expect from TurboTax. Only downside is the inability to attached explanatory files to an electronic return. Since one of my 1099-Rs was incorrect and the issuer refused to issue me a new one, I had to write a lengthy explanation to the IRS as to why the 1099-R was incorrect. There was no way to attach this file to an electronic return, so I had to file by mail -- a real pain! I guess this isn't TurboTax's fault, but it would be helpful if TurboTax and the IRS could figure out a way to attach files to electronic returns. If there is a way to do this and I missed it, ignore this post!
What's great about it: Easy to use; helpful comparison of this year's data with last year's; data import feature is great
What's not so great: Unable to attach explanatory files to electronic return

FILE WITH CONFIDENCE

TURBOTAX IS USER FRIENDLY. I LIKE THE ABILITY TO EXAMINE THE FORMS AND WORKSHEETS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL; STAFF ARE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, PATIENT AND COURTEOUS. THEY DO NOT HURRY OFF THE PHONE WITH YOU BUT TAKE WHATEVER TIME IS NECESSARY TO GET ALL OF A PERSON'S QUESTIONS/ISSUES ADDRESSED.
I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MY ENTERED INFORMATION WITHOUT HAVING TO REENTER IT. IT WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW AHEAD OF TIME IF IT IS WORTH COLLECTING CERTAIN INFORMATION FOR THINGS LIKE ITEMIZATION; SOME KIND OF $ THRESHOLD.
What's great about it: CONFIDENT IN PRODUCT
What's not so great: NOT AS USER FRIENDLY AS IN THE PAST

What's not so great: too mny questions that dont apply to me. Florida has no state income tax, but I kept getting questions on it

Quick and Easy

It helps if the preparer has all his/her tax related documents categorized and in order. Turbo Tax walks you through the process and double checks category by category.
What's great about it: Easy fill-in-the blanks process

The interview process missed information that should have come across with my two schedule C's. By providing the information, it treated it as new, and added new schedule C's to the existing ones that were sitting in the forms section all the time
Also, I started out with a on-line return, but it brought only partial info forward - so I purchased the downloaded version.
What's not so great: did not completely bring forward all from prior year's return

Faster than a Turbo Engine

I have been using TurboTax for nearly 20 years and could not be more satisfied with the results. It has improved each year in ease of operation and once I had my data together and inserted it into the step by step process I was finished with my return, both Federal and State, in little more than 30 minutes. Can't get any better or easier than that. Thanks Turbotax

What's not so great: Offers to buy services that I don't believe I need
