Quick, efficient, accurate

As mentioned earlier, it is nice to have a look at various elements of a return even if they do not apply to my situation. It is reassuring to know that the range of possible details has been checked by the TurboTax application.
What's great about it: Even if I did not have information for a given section of the return, it was good to view its title and related info.
What's not so great: "Navigating" in the app can be an acquired skill.

The interview-like style is very well done. Get my tax done under 30 minutes. Would like to see Intuit the producer of Turbotax includes a free e-filing for states in the future.
What's great about it: Interview-like is a plus. Just like a real agent asking for the information needed.
What's not so great: State e-filing through Turbotax little too much considering the cost I already paid to get software.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent service

I love using TurboTax because it doesn't require much thinking on my end. All I need to are my tax documents, and I simply input the numbers that the program asks me to. I've been using TurboTax for years, and I plan to continue doing so.

I had used Turbo Tax for many years until about 4 years ago after some very complicated changes for my tax situation. This year I decided to try it again and its even better than before.

Stress-Free Tax Filing!

The software is so easy to use, and makes filing taxes seem less like a chore. The plain English explanations at each step help ease the general attitude of, "Why the ____ do we have to go through this process every year?!?"
I would recommend this to anyone with relatively straightforward tax paperwork, who still pays someone to do their taxes for them.
