What's great about it: Simple to do.
What's not so great: Confused about extra fees involved, though they were covered by buying Deluxe Turbo Tax Software.

Must Use!

TurboTax has been a must use for many years now and has taught me things I need to track, keep, and perform to maximize my tax return. Since I started using TurboTax I have not had any problems with the IRS, mainly because TurboTax helps remove human error by placing numbers where they belong and does not miss anything caused by transposing numbers when doing a manual return. TurboTax is awesome for anyone whether they have simple taxes or complicated multiple state, multiple businesses, and multiple investments. What a fantastic product that comes through year after year! Thank you TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to use, more time to research what is asked before answering, reduces errors, and costs less
What's not so great: you have to take the time to understand what is asked

OK Filing...but

I like the guidance in many of the areas. However the Schedule C experience is deeply lacking. There are times I have filled out the data, only to find additional data to add. i simply cannot jump to the area I want to work in within the schedule-C. If you have this ability in another product, it is not work the upgrade. The only time it would be is if I had 10 Schedule C to work on. As I only have one, it would still be nice to simply jump to the simple section of that horrible government nightmare called schedule C.
What's great about it: Guidance
What's not so great: I really do not like that I cannot get to subsections of Schedule C very well

Turbo Tax software could helps someone who doesn;t know how to file income tax by questionaries step by step; however, some fields are not easy to get it if you knows what to do. This is good for non professional to file tax by themselves. It is good and reasonable price to complete the job.

You Know it was little hard not being a computer geek. I worked thru it. Also getting down to file you fixed it where I had to pay you for filing state taxes which I thought after buying you program was a surprise that you required more money its just typical you felt the need Thanks for helping me file my taxes your way

2015 Delux

The product continues to improve year over year. As a consumer of this product since its inception (and user of prior solutions subsequently used as the basis for TurboTax) I have grown to rely on TurboTax for the completion of my US tax returns.
Only two comments this year:
1.Personal Info worksheet does not accommodate an overseas telephone number
2. Intuit does not enable sales to overseas locations

There is a considerable market that Intuit has elected to not serve, which makes no sense. It diminishes Intuit's brand.
What's great about it: Continues to be an intuitive product
What's not so great: Intuit does not sell outside US

Turbox Tax

Purchasing and downloading was very cumbersome and confusing. I kept getting prompts to enter my email address for a security code, but when I entered the code I got an error message that the code was either expired or invalid. Every time I repeated the process I got the same outcome. It was like some crazy loop.
What's great about it: Don't even have to think! It's that easy.
What's not so great: The downloading process was almost nightmarish.
