TurboTax is a great product I have used for years and will continue to do so into the future.
What's great about it: I have used Turbotax for many years. It s quick, easy and user friendly
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So much better than H&R Block

I accidentally bought H&R Block last year and it was horrible! I was in tears on April15th when I filed our taxes. So confusing and not user-friendly. Never again!!

No refund for me

Once again TurboTax proved to be very easy to use and was very thorough. It would be nice if my saved banking information was copied over to my state return. The payment page type was so small that it was just about unusable and it could not be expanded. What's up with that?
What's great about it: The program is very thorough
What's not so great: The font on the payment page was so small it was almost impossible to use

Easy to follow!!!

Very easy to follow. Last year I changed to H & R Block because my brother recommended it. What a mistake. Nothing followed in logical sequence! So this year I came back to TurboTax and will never try another brand again. Everything flows in a very logical sequence. No jumping around from one topic to another. The one glitch I had was trying to enter my 1099-PATR. 1) The search box instructions said to follow a jump link yet no jump link was provided 2) when I went to the TT Community the instructions must have changed for 2015 and they didn't follow the current menu. Other than that, any other question I had I easily found my answers on that page at the "?" symbol or in the search box.
What's great about it: Easy to follow.
What's not so great: Form 1099-PATR

Hateful duty made easy

Tried H&R Block software and was not happy three years ago.
I am CTEC certified and interested in researching tax code changes effecting trusts and inheritances. There should be a link or section for reference.
