TURBO TAX 4 FAMILIES

I've been using Turbo Tax for over ten years without any problems. Not much more to say.
What's great about it: Straight forward and easy to use.

Overall this is an easy program to use. But you should be able to increase the font size for those who have a hard time with their eyesight.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: updates did not load when downloaded on DSL

While Turbo Tax continues to be wonderfully efficient and easy to use, I was surprised by the additional fees for e-filing Federal and State returns once I'd completed the preparation of my Tax returns. No mention was made of these fees when I initially bought and paid for the Turbo Tax software.
What's great about it: Efficient and easy to use.
What's not so great: Excessive additional costs

Ease of using

Your agents on the help line are very good. It didn't bring my last years info forward as it always did before. It also had a business tax form #3554 that kept me from e-filing until one of your help people got it off for me. Where did that come from? I've been retired for years.
What's not so great: Much more time consuming than previous editions.

Known Defect

Program locks at "Let's complete your purchase online" pop up window for state filing fee. Called Support, shared screen, after an hour they offered to give me a discount on next year's product. They don't have any solutions!!! This is a known problem with the software and it hasn't been fixed all the way up to tax filing day? Filing by mail. Using the competitors product next year, cheaper and can't be any worse.
