Quick and Easy

I still hate doing taxes and always put it off until the last minute. Having said that, I have used Turbo Tax for many years and always find the process relatively simple and painless.
What's great about it: Following Steps made this simple
What's not so great: Hard to check individual company dividends without going through the entire imported list.

Recommend that previous year income and expense entries be shown earlier in the seuence of the automated or step by step process

You need to improve on your help section, Couldn't find how to delete a form that I had skipped earlier. I called customer service and she got me to the correct screen. Bravo for her! This took some time, however.
What's great about it: cheaper than having someone else do it
What's not so great: Hard to find your way when you have to go back
