Easy to use except for a couple things

The Calif. Return instructions tell me to file FTB Form 8453-OL but the form itself has printed on it "DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM TO THE FTB" so which is it? I still don't know what's correct ?? Also I stopped paying Alimony 2 years ago in 2013 but I kept getting an error from the Review check that I needed to enter my ex-spouse's name and SSN--but I did not enter any info in that area!

What's not so great: Calif. Form 8453-OL ?

Wish the sliders worked better

Great Program

The program is easy to use and it takes you through each step, even if you forget to put in something and your initial file was rejected. The only problem is it has built in products for sale. I don't like how it interrupts the return with "want to be protected" or we have other products that could help you. Other than that it is great!
What's great about it: talks you through each step including when you need to fix something
What's not so great: They try to sell you too many products

got me through multi-state returns

The questions for allocating income were confusing. I had to look at the form view to understand what was being asked. Also, the instructions were unclear as to which pensions were not taxable, merely referring to federal law without summarizing it or giving examples of what was or was not included.
What's great about it: asked me all the right questions
What's not so great: didn't give enough info to answer some of the questions

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and I feel it is a very good service. When I do have a problem there is someone to help me with it. I have recommended this program to others.
