I always appreciate knowing that I can get any question answered on this software. TurboTax does a great job of creating a product that is very detailed yet very user-friendly year after year.

This is my 8th year filing my taxes with Turbo-tax. I like how easy it is to use and I also appreciate that I can stop and start as needed, edit information and review as I go along.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Just follow the step by step process and you can find every penny owed to you!

TurboTax always works best!

Have used TurboTax every year since 2009, and have always bought the add-on TaxAudit insurance. Filing always goes quickly, and I receive my refund just as fast. Was audited in 2013, and TaxAudit took care of everything. Skip the other tax softwares out there - go with the best, TurboTax!
What's great about it: Walks me through all parts of the return.
What's not so great: Takes a while to load on my old computer.

Turbo tax send incorrect EIN for 1099R to IRS

Return rejected although my data was correctly entered. Reason for rejection from TT had different numbers.
