Easy tax refund filing.

What's great about it: Turbo Tax walked me through every detail, ensuring I got the most money refunded as possible. Very easy.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I cannot save my forms. I cannot print; I want to save so I can print them from a different computer but they won't save and haven't been able to get proper assistance. i need help. It's a shame because I've used turbo tax for at least 10 years and never had a problem.

TURBO TAX IS GREAT I HAVE BEEN USING IT SINCE THE 2006 TAX YEAR AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM OR COMPLAINT.

Easy to use Tax preparation

I've used Turbo tax for the last several years. It has been easy to complete my tax returns after I went through all of the collected material for the past year.
My taxes are pretty simple, but it does help to have the math done for me and the checks at the end to make sure everything is correctly done.

What's great about it: All the needed information for my tax return included.
What's not so great: Some helps I didn't understand. Needed a working computer.

Mostly straightforward

I find it annoying to have to go through a list of questions when I want to review something. All my previous answers have been deleted.
I also had difficulty finding business expenses because it was listed under income.
What's great about it: Good coverage
What's not so great: Forgets entries to questions when you go back to check something.

Not as good as last year's version

This version did NOT keep some of my yes/no answers. I went back over my income entries and some of my answers had not been saved. Shook my confidence in TurboTax.
Previous years I could easily preview and print my returns. Program showed the name and locations of my pages. Not so this year.
This is the first year I was NOT asked about moving my IRA from one bank to another. ????? So is that no longer necessary or is that an error in TurboTax?
I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. This year TurboTax is a big disappointment.

What's not so great: Didn't retain yes/no answers I entered. Preview was difficult to find.
