diificult for older person to complete and file

I have been using Turbo Tax since it came out, but as I have become older it has become more difficult to read and understand the questions.
I do no think an older person who hasn't ever used Turbo Tax previously can use it

Best bet going...

Been using Turbotax for over 15 years. Have used it for my children and now that they are on there own they continue to use it. ItsDeductible helps with all our donations and keeps us upto date on what is deductible. Excellent product. Excellent support.
What's great about it: Easy to use, keeps my records. Best refund.
What's not so great: Sometimes need for info on detailed deductions.

Great product to use

I've used Turbo Tax home use for years. Great product, easy to use and helpful in filing income taxes. For both Federal and State. Will continue to keep using in the coming years. Well worth the price.

What's great about it: quick, good, easy, maximize return
What's not so great: none because the made the deluxe version do investments again
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved

Best way to do your taxes unless you are a crook.
What's great about it: Step by step. Couldn't be easier.
What's not so great: Sometimes a subject is skipped and then I have to go back later or have a heart attack!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
