Takes too long!

After I was all done, you folks needed to know for sure that it was ME, so you add a 6-digit code. I had to do this nearly a dozen times. What a screwed up mess you are putting people through! A password should be sufficient. Sometimes you can OVERDO it, and YOU did. I am not amused and will reconsider using TurboTax next year.

What's not so great: 6 digit code, HORRIBLE!

Great Program

I have been using the Turbo Tax Program for many years and I have never had a problem with it and of all the Taxes I have done with it, there has never been an audit.
What's great about it: Easy to figure out what amount goes where, I love how it transfers last years taxes to the current year.
What's not so great: I shouldn't have to log into my account when I want to pay for the state return. The program should save the informatio

People were very reluctant to give their drivers license and did not see the need for it.

This year would NOT accept my credit card info for payment, FORCING ME to deduct payment from my return, a higher amount!!! Your program was the WORST I ever experienced!!! It would NOT take my info, forcing me to do & re-do my stuff over & over again!!!! I WILL NOT Purchase your services EVER AGAIN!!! PERIOD!!!! GOOD BYE!!!
