Makes filing tax returns enjoyable!

I have used TurboTax for many years, and i have always found it very easy to use and more importantly, very accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to install and easy to use.
What's not so great: Not as easy to get to the actual form to review.

I had a professional tax preparer do a return for me for 3 years and used Turbo Tax by myself during the same 3 year period. The results were within $200 of each other so I switched to Turbo Tax completely.
What's great about it: clear and straightforward directions - information required was available and made the return process simple.
What's not so great: Updates take more time than expected. Not a major issue.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Wanted to mail my state return and apply the refund to next year's state return. It was not an option you provided.
Need to make some adjustments due to life and income changes that will affect next year's return and the estimates I need to prepare. Am not finding a place at the end of the return to provide that info.

The reassuring voice which helped me through the last phases of my filing was almost surreal. The gentlemen who handled my problem walked me through the different steps in such a sure and smooth way that all my fears of numbers disappeared and I could finish up as I wanted. Thank you so much

Easy Refund

Turbo Tax is easy to use especially if you let the system go throught the system step by step which provides clear explainations of each area. When you can't find what you need, there is Q&A section which I used for the first time and was able to complete my return.

I love using Turbo Tax because it finds possible deductions that I normally wouldn't have known about. It's also explains things in easy to understand verbiage.
