The fees at the end were a surprise. Should be up front. Had to pay for CD plus 2 additional fees.

Still the easiest way to File

The only complaint it have is that it is not easy to go back and look at something recently done without having to go through a whole section already completed. Also, having a quick view of the actual page of the 1040 one is working on would be nice.
Otherwise, after using TurboTax since it was first released, it is still the easiest way to prepare and file.

Turbo Tax is easy to use, picks up deductions and automatically fills in the initial data so you don't have to do it each year. That saves a lot of time.
What's great about it: Easy to move down the column of boxes
What's not so great: cost
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I trust your software and your security features. You really do create organization from chaos.
What's great about it: Your deduction guidance may keep me from harm. It keeps me on point.
What's not so great: TT was very slow to load this year. I don't know why.

i thought filing state returns was free. but 2014 & 2015 I ended up paying at the end :(
What's great about it: easy, info. transfers over from last year
What's not so great: had to pay state
