Could not electronically fie state return

Very disappointed in this years product. Been using Turbo Tax for years.
What's not so great: System keep timing out even though i folloed instuctions on how to set up the internet

Easy and deltailed

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. IT is great.
What's great about it: easy, thorough, detailed.
What's not so great: fixing errors wasnt easy or explained well
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Mostly Good - Watch for filing fees

It took a while to find the sections I needed, but this software lead me through sections to handle my retirement paperwork. I was disappointed that purchase of my state's software had no effect on the cost of e-filing with my state.
What's great about it: Helped with once in a lifetime forms
What's not so great: Needed to pay for state filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Long time Turbo Tax user, both for personal and business returns. I'm a satisfied customer.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Accurate and thorough. Easy to edit and adjust.
What's not so great: None in particular, happily, unlike the snafus from lsst year's version.
