Less Frustration:

It would eliminate confusion by giving instruction such as printing at the beginning of the program. Also, for many users, it would save time to be able to choose not to itemize in advance.

Pretty easy

As the advertising says - follow the directions and it is easy, but not that quick. Hey it's your taxes and they are never quick. Also you have to be careful so mistakes don't creep in and become real problems later. Once you get over the idea you don't need to know anything about your taxes and trust Turbotax it's really easy. Making that first step is impossible for many of my friends. They are just brainwashed into thinking they can't do it themselves so they never try. Those few who have are delighted.
What's great about it: answer the questions - read the directions and done
What's not so great: not as compatible with H&R Block as I would have liked

Great software as always!

Have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years now and have never had an issue. The software has continued to improve and get easier to use. Would recommend it to anyone who has even basic computer skills.

taxes made easy

For someone with a basic tax form I find Turbo Tax the easiest way to file. Simple well phrased questions and information that lets me fill out the basic form in a few quick steps. I also like that I can start and stop as often as I need to.
What's great about it: easy to follow steps
What's not so great: itinal loading speed
