What's great about it: easy to follow the steps in creating the return
What's not so great: it's unclear when trying to pay for the State return by cc. It should be much simpler!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall a great experience, as usual. I've been using Turbo Tax for so many years I can't remember when I started.
It is always an interesting and fairly easy project. Preparation ahead of time helps.

Easy to use

Have used TurboTax for approximately 5 year. Used a national tax preparer one year due to additional filing requirements. Cost me an arm and a leg and mistakes were made. Back to TurboTax.
What's great about it: Liked how easy it was to import data and use the pull down screens for more info.
What's not so great: N/A

TurboTax is very easy to use and remains affordable. Much less expensive than a professional tax preparer. I use Deluxe.

Seemed Easier This Year

I've been using Deluxe TurboTax for 8 or 9 years now. We live in one state and my husband works in another. TT makes it easy to file the state return--it would be extremely confusing and stressful if I had to process it manually.
The help windows are just that--very helpful. And I know that if I get stuck, there are answers to FAQ as well as live people that can help. I didn't have to use them this year. I did last year--I spoke with at least three different specialists and they were all friendly and knowledgeable.

What's great about it: It gets easier every year. Very comprehensive and user friendly.
What's not so great: Only a couple of questions didn't have help windows and I wasn't sure what to put at first.

been using Turbo tax for over 15 years and this is the most difficult version to date. A couple of extra hours and my return was delayed due to the Updating difficulty..

TurboTax Purchased from Costco

The fact that state cost more than the cost of Deluxe Turbotax stinks. And then the cost of filing on top of that. I may check out another product next year.
What's great about it: I like Turbotax and have used it for years
What's not so great: TurboTax state should be bundled with Turbo Tax Deluxe

Incompatable with Windows 10

I had to get a solution to disable my Windows 10 each time I needed to update the program which was a hassel to complete. I hope the progrm will be compatable with any OS out next year. As always the program is informative and easy to use otherwise.
What's great about it: Easy and through program
What's not so great: compatability problems
