WHY AREN'T THE UPDATES SAVED IN THE SOFTWARE.
YOU PART OF THE UPDATES THEY FAIL. YOU HAVE TO REBOOT AND RUN THE UPDATER AGAIN.

What's not so great: HAVING TO DEO THE UPDATES EVERY TIME YOU OPEN THE PROGRAM IS A RIDICULOUS

this makes somewhere in the 15th time I have used Trubo Tax and will use it again next year
What's great about it: easy to use, walks you through without any problems
What's not so great: had to find where to enter auto sales tax, but was really not hard to find

Been a TruboTax customer for several years. Always the simplest and easiest way to file.
What's great about it: Love the prefilled in information carried over from previous year.
What's not so great: Not much

2015 TurboTax Deluxe

Great product for over 15 years. Only complaint is being forced to print unnecessary forms (1040 ES) when no payment of estimated tax is required.
What's great about it: Everything is in there
What's not so great: Have to print unnessary forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tax Fast

Very quick and easy. It used to take me 8 hours to do my taxes on Turbotax - this year it only took 3 hours! The app is more intuitive and the prompts are very positive.
What's great about it: Loads from disc - almost talks to you
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Like TT to file taxes each year

I rely on TT to ask the necessary questions so that I don't miss entering something especially helpful toward a bigger refund.
What's great about it: asking questions for each category so that I didn't miss anything
