Just a great product

I have used Turbo tax for the last 12? maybe more years and each year it keeps getting better. While my taxes are not seriously complex, I have had several unique situations over the years and each time Turbo Tax not only handled it but walked me through it with ease. As I said in the title of the review....just a great product.
What's great about it: Everything. The step by step walk through makes everything simple.
What's not so great: Seriously can't come up with a con.

Frustrating Experience

I believe the language used for correcting an alleged (Turbo Tax claim) error relating to Box 16 entries on Schedule K-1 was not clear at all and I spent not 5-10 minutes but at least 2 hours trying to decipher the problem.
I created a new K-1, made entries like I assumed the language meant only to have a new message tell me to undo what I had previously done. I'm not sure I'll use Turbo Tax next year.

What's great about it: Info from last year readily available
What's not so great: K-1 entry was a nightmare.

State too expensive

What's great about it: Moves data from year to year. also across fed and states. Fed pretty good with explanations and help.
What's not so great: States not that good, not as helpful. Cost too much, seond state cost as much as fed and first state.

BEEN USING PRODUCT FOR PROBABLY 10 YEARS OR MORE. HAVE ALWAYS FELT CONFIDENT THAT THE FORMS WERE CORRECT. PROGRAM EASY TO USE.

What's not so great: FEEL THAT STATE TAX SHOULD BE FREE TO FILE.

I have used the Turbo Tax for years. It helps to go through each step and review items I probably would have missed. I have done my own taxes before but I would never do them without Turbo Tax. I feel confident in submitting my taxes.
