Still waiting

It asked for the driver's license number or the identification number. My granddaughter is 13, a natural born citizens and has neither. This is ridiculous. What does she use?

I can do it myself. What a stress reliever.

I've been using TurboTax for the past 6-7 years and saving a lot of money by doing so. Many years ago I did my own taxes until the Government made it so complicated that i had to use a CPA to do them. With retirement and a less complicated return I feel very comfortable using TurboTax, confident that my returns will be accurate and complete with all the bases covered and all the entitled deductions accounted for. You could almost call it fun .....Well, not really.
What's great about it: If you have the needed information you just fill in the on-line blanks and TurboTax does all the rest.
What's not so great: None.

What's not so great: a little difficulty doing taxes from two states for a married couple.

Been using Turbo Tax since 2009 and it continues to get better.
What's great about it: Able to review and make changes with minimal effort
What's not so great: For schedule K-1, asks many more questions than partner provides answers

I've used TurboTax now for at least 5 years. I'll be back in 2016. Had to talk to a real person at TurboTax this year - got great response and she helped me fix my problem. Thanks.

had some difficuly this year due to a change in email address since filing last years return but customer service support was very helpful and we got things finished.

Big Deal Alert!

was divorced last year, so I haven't worked on my own taxes in years...back in the day when you got the "book" of tax forms and worked through it. This reminded me of the 'olden days' but with the resources at my finger tips. Easy to maneuver.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Extra money to e-file with my state
