Love TurboTax except.....

The K-1's are very difficult to enter still. There is still room for improvement. The program does not provide all the boxes needed for filling out a K-1. And I had four K-1s to enter. It took hours.
What's great about it: Great program except a small gripe
What's not so great: The K-1 partnerships are impossible to input

Super quick

Love the ease of using TurboTax. This time, it snagged after I e-filed Fed and wanted to just print State for mailing. Preview printing offered (needed a push to do it), but never offered the final printing to mail. Wanted to quit TurboTax before I was ready.
What's great about it: love to click thru quickly
What's not so great: snagged at printing

I made the same comment in previous years. Am disappointed nothing was done. At least you could allow Command + to make the font larger, as you do for this page, but not for the filing.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Clear Instruction
What's not so great: Very difficult to read on screen. Font is way too small!

Knowing the forms I need come up when I need them is the most convient thing I enjoy about Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Again I was able to complete my taxes with no major headaches.

state est. vouchers

you make finding and printing state est. vouchers an absolute a nightmare. It use to be easily. I followed the instructions and never did get the form. I finally went to the state. Needs work.

Taxes Made "Easy"

I've always done my own taxes (Let's just say decades and decades) and with rare exceptions have used TurboTax ever since it became available.
I find doing taxes with TurboTax is the most enjoyable and easy way to accomplish the patriotic act of paying the government its due.
Easy (by comparison to many years ago when I subscribed to tax journals and built my own spreadsheets) and fun (as compared to researching all applicable IRS Publications myself) and thorough. I always feel a weight lifted from my shoulders when TurboTax says "You're done!"
What's great about it: Collects information about hundreds of tax situations
What's not so great: Sometimes the wording is a little vague - a closer proximity to plain English would be good

Wished I got a refund!

I was able to navigate the product easily. It updated my past info and I didn't have to enter all that info. It went over all my deductions that I had previously and had all my info to compare this year to last year which was very helpful. Overall was very happy with it.
