Easy-Breezy

I've used TurboTax for several years now. There is good guidance throughout the entire process with information to help clarify any confusion
What's not so great: None, other than there isn't a live person on the other end to hold my hand.

Mostly Great with Hick-up at end

The tax entry and review process was perfect until the final step to transmit the returns. Then Turbo Tax insisted that the State and Zip entries were not there. I checked the W2 entry and they were indeed there and proper. BUT they were for an address outside the US. Though my company and income are in the US, the parent conglomerate (and the address on my W2) was Ottowa, ON, Canada. This required a call to Turbo Tax to determine the workaround. On-line help did not help.

What's great about it: Used for years with no problems. Import function is very nice and walk-through is a helpful reminder.
What's not so great: If W2 has foreign employer address final transmission is a problem.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1993. During that time I have had many tax situations and never has Turbo Tax failed to handle them effectively.
What's great about it: I have a complicated return. Always depend on Turbo Tax to get it completed.
What's not so great: No cons this year. Very easy to work with.
