Turbo Tax is a great tax program and is user friendly. I have used it for many years. Keep up the the good work!!!

Each year Turbo Tax cannot find the previous year tax return even though it is easy to see in File Explorer and open. But, this has been true for only ten years of using Turbo Tax. Manually re-entering my info has not been a big chore so I accept this Turbo Tax limitation.

I have used turbo tax for many years and this is the first time that I had such a hard time. all the other years it was easy to follow but not this year. I still don't understand why I could not use all my deductions as I filled them out and turbo advised me to take the standard deductions. I spent many hours making sure I gathered all my deductions together only to be told it would not be advisable but that I should take the standard which is much lower than mine. I don't think I will purchase another turbo tax after this year. I still have not filed as I am redoing everything to make sure I have everything correct. But after this year I don't think I will purchase Turbo Tax again

Couldn't find last year's return and it was confusing and hard to figure out how to get it, so had to input all of the information myself.

turbo tax - great as usual

I use TurboTax to do the whole family's taxes. It is a great program and handled several important status changes expertly. I have a high level of confidence in using TurboTax now and in the future.
What's great about it: handled all my filing issues clearly

Spoonful of Turbo Tax Helps the Medicine Go Down

I am an ordinary middle-of-the-road taxpayer with more than the standard deduction. Turbo Tax is like a having a friend in the tax business. I rely on it to get me through a very distasteful process.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes filing comprehensible. Gives clarity to deadly financial language.
What's not so great: Would like it to hold my place and re-open where I left off.
