I didn't like having to call customer support to get my download TurboTax to work properly. The customer rep was helpful and we got situation resolved. Actual program works as expected.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, accurate
What's not so great: difficulty getting download to work on Mac

What's not so great: can't help with payment

What's great about it: like how it guided me thru all the steps; like how it describes new tax additions for the current year
What's not so great: no review of detailed income in state refund; had to go out and pull up federal and then return
Pros: I bought or sold investments
