I've used Turbo Tax over more than 7 years. This year it missed a specific question that asked if I used Turbo tax for 2014, or I missed it. They also should enter your 1095b details. My amounts didn't match what they assumed. Maybe these could be added next year. Overall I like using Turbo Tax and will probably use it next year.

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

doubtful accuracy

I did my return twice and got different results! The first time didn't have all documents, so first entered what I had, then added on the new numbers. The second time I started from the beginning entering all income and deductions in order and got a lower return. Going through both, I couldn't find the difference.
Also, some suggestions or deductions were given the first time and not the second one.
