You have done a good job!

Have use Turbo Tax for many years. It has gotten much easier to use over the years. I still have problems with my investments and some oil interests. Last year I took the upgrade and it did little to help me know what to put where, so this year I did not take the update and it seemed to be the same. But over all you have done a good job of taking an impossible task and trying to make it simple for people who are not Tax experts.
What's great about it: Lots of Helps
What's not so great: More info on what form gives you the numbers

2015 Tax Return

During the time the application froze during the "calculations" function in parts of the return, I was able to still save what I had loaded into the tax forms and restart the application.
What's great about it: The step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: Application froze during some of the "calculations" functions.

Ive been using turbo tax for the last 25 years and it gets easier especially since I can now port my brokers data directly into turbo tax.
My only complaint is the charge required to file my state return. It would be great if you'd explain the cost especially if the amount is half as much as turbo tax!!
What's great about it: gets easier every year ( going on 25 years)
What's not so great: e filling expense
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Used it for 10 years or more, haven't had any problems with returns.
What's great about it: Having last years info automatically fill in is great
What's not so great: Some times confusing
