I will use this tax software as long as it is available. I was done in less than two and a half hours including downloading up dates.
What's great about it: Reliability year over year.

Not enthusiastic about the additional cost for a state filing which was formerly included in the Deluxe edition. It begins to make the overall cost unreasonable, and we may not utilize TurboTax next year.
The identification phase, although optional this year, has a glitch. My wife's drivers license is newer and has an (ISS) date, but my license has no such field. I had to opt out of that security feature, because the system would not permit me to continue without that one field.

Mostly OK

I trust TurboTax to get my taxes right and for a number of years they have done that well. My biggest objection for many years has been the reims of paper they use, some of it totally unnecessary, to print copies of e-filed returns. New problem this year, it was harder than ever to print a paper copy of my state return for filing.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and fill in.
What's not so great: Very hard to print a 2nd copy of my state return, necessary for my records and filing.

Another year of success and easy filing.

I started doing my own taxes in the 1960's and continued to stay current on the tax rules for my own benefit. In the 80's and 90's I not only filed my own taxes but helped many friends complete theirs. After finishing my return one year, I tried Turbo Tax to see how accurate TT would be. The return was exactly like what had been done manually. The following year, I decided to try a different software and found it extremely difficult and not as accurate. Needless to say i returned to Turbo Tax and have not left for about 20 years. I have used Turbo Tax for Sch D, Sch E, Sch F, Sch SE, Earned Income. Also, I have filed electronically ever since Turbo Tax started using the method. Thanks TT.
The one improvement that I wold like to see is a summary that shows income and withholding reported on same page: side-by-side.

Super Easy

I have used TurboTax for many years now, and it is always easy and accurate. I highly recommend it to anyone who does not have complicated situations that need a certified accountant to manage. Normal things like itemized deductions, selling your home, refinancing, etc are all very well done.
What's great about it: Everything is well laid out and very easy to do

Update My State (LA)

All in all program is fast and every question answered professionally.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, fast.
What's not so great: I purchased the apps before my state released forms. As of this date my State, LA has not been updated.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
