Fast, easy and efficient

I'm a homeowner with minimal investments and Turbo Tax was able to walk me through everything I needed to do in less than an hour. I feel confident that my returns were filed accurately and I got the maximum refund.

Happy the inane "was this info helpful ?"pop-up was gone this year.
Suggestion: Reminder / or explanations of what the icons can do for you with a sample visual page/graph/chart

What's great about it: Overall ease of use this year & improved donations/deductions section

issues with my TurboTax

Most amazing customer service! Was having problems with my computer and all of the customer reps were very helpful in getting all my state forms and even helping me reconfigure my old computer to work with the TurboTax program. Could not have done my taxes without their help. Thank You!

Eases the Burden

Overall, the program is extremely easy to use. You simply answer the questions, plug in the numbers, and viola...calculations are done! Even when you don't like what you see, for instance when you don't qualify for some credits, the program at least gives you a snapshot of your situation and explains why you got a particular outcome. I do wish there were a bit more explanations or examples for state questions, but I assume it must be hard to keep up with all the changing tax laws for each state. However, answers can usually be found on the online blogs and community. It's a great place to get answers to specific questions...if you have one, someone else is sure to have asked the same thing. Most people are very helpful because we are all in the same boat, hoping we can break even in the end!
