CPA in a Box

I have used Turbotax for several years. I am a CPA but not a tax specialist. Working in private industry and not in a CPA firm, I am not abreast of all the current tax changes. Using Turbotax provides me comfort that my return is thorough and accurate.

Easy process

I am very pleased with the result of my foray into doing my own work. I was hesitant to not have my return done by a tax professional. I was extremely happy with the ease of following the steps to completion and filing.
What's great about it: Step by step process for every area of return.
What's not so great: Did it myself.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Wouldn't Do Taxes Any Other Way

I have been a Turbo Tax User for a number of years - maybe since it came out and wouldn't do my taxes any other way. It is just a great product. Thanks, Turbo Tax!!!
What's great about it: Intuitive, Great Help Features, Easy to Use
What's not so great: NONE

I have used TurboTax since mid 1990s. Excellent as always. Walks me throught the process including reminders of income and expense items that need to be included. Excellent reminders.

2015 Turbo Tax Deluxe

Have used for 10+ years, and will continue to use. Only thing frustrating to me is having to scroll to the bottom of the list every time when going through step-by-step. I always use this process just in case, so I don't miss anything. Have never had a problem.
What's great about it: Easy to use, step-by-step so nothing is missed.
What's not so great: Have to scroll to the bottom every time in step-by-step

The software is very detailed and well - written, easy to understand.
I missed the tax expert videos this year.
Overall, I will give this product a 9.5 out of 10 score.
