Was very satisfied !

Turbo Tax gets the job done fast and accurately. I have never had a problem.
What's great about it: The fact that It looks at and gets you the maximum of all the deductions
What's not so great: The way some things were worded in the state filing section
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

First year with TT

I was a long time user of TaxAct, but they made so many changes to their product this year, negatively in my view, and support is now almost impossible to get. TT support answers 24/7 within a reasonable period of time.
Cons -- only one, having to do with K-1 from trusts, it is impossible to access the worksheet required. For a while I thought it just wasn't available, then I found that if you go all the way through to the end, review tells you about it and lets you fill out the worksheet, then it's fine after that.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use
What's not so great: some forms difficult to find, and K-1 process is very wierd

Super Fasy (Fast and Easy)

Bought TurboTax this afternoon and have now filed my taxes for the year! I couldn't be happier with the program.
What's great about it: Imported my old return
What's not so great: No easy way to print just my state return

Have used TurbTax for years, both online and as a download. Always works great, just answer the questions and fill in the blanks.

I have used Turbo Tax for nearly 10 years and have always had correct returns an no problems or errors
What's great about it: Very Concise and detailed with help as needed
What's not so great: none
