TurboTax Deluxe is very simple to use. In the tutorial mode, it asks general questions, then gets more specific only when needed. It displays in very clear screens the important categories and the most important information. Comparisons with previous years results are very useful for evaluating changes and for checking to identify potentially forgotten entries.
What's great about it: Choice of guiding vs. choosing relevant topics/forms
What's not so great: Some blue links did not yield any information when clicked

Refunds for Days

TurboTax is always easy, reliable, and gets the job done quickly. Filing taxes takes very little time and I can do it anytime I want wherever I am. I can pick up where I left off and they do are very clear regarding how much you'll get in your refund before you file, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend TurboTax to a friend.

Turbotax 2015, Deluxe

I liked the look of this years turbotax. it was just as helpful as always. for some reason I got bogged down at the payment for state taxes,,, which by the way I stuck paying for AGAIN. Which by the way,, I have paid for, for the last 5 years and was promised it was going to be free.
What's great about it: differnt, had new features, liked the look of it.
What's not so great: I still had to pay for the State.

TurboTax Deluxe 2015 - very buggy

I have used TurboTax for many years but I will not be using it again. The 2015 version for MAC was very buggy. Loops, hang-ups and poor WiFi support made for a poor, and frustrating customer experience.
The technical support was good but that doesn't help on a wasted Sunday afternoon.
What's great about it: Good technical support
What's not so great: Unstable

Questioning how accurate form is - recorded part of a 401k roll over as a dividend.
What's not so great: Cost more this year, then had to add 48 more to compete the state return.

Good Program, easy to use. Will use again. would like discount for next year program.
What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: some questions with capital gain that i couldn't get answered with Turbo Tax easily.
